Discovery Park Adventure To the Lighthouse
Bring kites. Bring dogs. Bring your own lunch. We’ll meet in the grass next to the mysterious orb between 11 and noon. At 1 pm, Christopher will lead a tour out to the lighthouse.
This is an easy walk, about 1 mile each way, with stairs in some places, and lots of beauty along the way. Watch Adelaide (Jenn St. Claire’s dog) as she makes her way to the lighthouse and the beach.
This event is free. Bring frisbees, lawn games, kites, etc. Bring your own food and beverage. You are not technically allowed to have alcohol in parks, but you are allowed to drink mysterious beverages out of red plastic cups (wink, wink).
For extra credit, bring a favorite sentence from To the Lighthouse. We’ll do a Symphony of Sentences out on the beach.
Meet here where the X is between 11 and noon. Bring your own lunch.
We will begin our trek to the lighthouse at 1 pm.
